I had my first SUP Yoga session there today. The owner and teacher were super friendly. It was challenging and relaxing - everything I need in a yoga class. Such a calm environment to explore your balance. The teacher is great, she’s still working on her English but I think that’s not an issue at all. The energy was good. Definitely try it out. Just walk through Kaif to the beach and you’ll find it ☺️🙏🏼
Carmela's a great teacher and fun to chat with. I had a really good time out at sea honing my paddle skills. The SUP boards are of very high quality and in excellent condition. The price is good, the location is wonderful and there's a lovely cafe/bakery next door to treat yourself once done. I'll be coming back 🙂

From the moment I arrived, Carmela's warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. She took the time to explain the basics of SUP, ensuring that everyone in the group felt comfortable and confident before hitting the water. Her passion for the sport was evident from the get-go, and it was contagious!
